How to make a complaint
We take complaints very seriously. If you have any issue or problem with any aspect of our service or products please do not hesitate to contact us.
What you can expect:
- An acknowledgement email or telephone call upon receipt of your complaint.
- Your complaint will be investigated within 10 working days.
- More complex issues may take longer to resolve. In this instance you will be updated with an expected date of completion.
